If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a return label.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
